Imgex.ai provides AI image and video generation from text prompts and optional image references. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@imgex.ai with service, account, or billing questions.
Public registration is currently closed. Existing account holders can sign in using a supported login method. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Plans use individual accounts and do not include shared seats or team administration.
The service is for lawful, safe-for-work creative use. You must not submit, request, generate, or distribute:
Do not bypass safety controls, access another person's account, disrupt the service, or redistribute access without permission. We may restrict or suspend access for violations.
Text prompts are checked before generation tasks are created and credits are deducted. Prohibited or uncertain requests are blocked; generation is also blocked if the check cannot complete reliably. This text check does not inspect uploaded images or generated images or videos. Safety checks can make mistakes and do not remove your responsibility for inputs, outputs, and their use. Additional restrictions may apply through the service providers that process a generation.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your inputs, including images of identifiable people. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You allow us and the service providers involved in your request to process, transmit, and store the information needed to operate the service and maintain its safety.
Generated content may be inaccurate, resemble other content, or require further permissions. We do not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection, or suitability for commercial use. Review each output before using or sharing it. The application and its underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners.
We offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Review the selected plan and checkout for the amount charged, billing period, included credits, and any taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically for their stated billing period unless canceled. Annual plans are billed yearly, with credits made available in monthly installments. Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly usage period and do not roll over. One-time credit packs are valid for 365 days. Your account records show individual credit grants and expiry dates. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
The credit cost for a generation is shown before submission. When a task is recorded as failed, its charged credits are returned automatically. An output that completes but does not match your creative expectations is not automatically a failed task.
Cancel renewal through your account billing settings, or contact support for help. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not change credit expiry dates. Contact support before changing an active subscription; automatic plan changes or prorated billing adjustments are not guaranteed.
Payment refund requests are reviewed by support based on the circumstances and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact support with the relevant charge details if you believe a charge is incorrect. Payment methods available for a purchase are shown at checkout.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties. Service providers may process information necessary to provide the service.
Generation times, output quality, and service availability can vary. Download outputs you wish to keep; generation history is not a permanent backup service. We may change available features and settings. We will communicate material changes to paid services or these terms as appropriate.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
