This policy describes how Imgex.ai handles information when you use our AI image and video service. Contact support@imgex.ai with privacy questions or requests.
Public registration is currently closed. Existing account holders can continue to sign in.
We send text prompts to OpenRouter and its processing providers for a safety check before creating a generation task or deducting credits. Prohibited or uncertain requests are blocked. Requests are also blocked when the check is unavailable or its response cannot be validated. This check reviews text only; it does not inspect uploaded images or generated images or videos.
To fulfill an allowed generation request, AI processing and infrastructure providers receive the prompts, references, settings, and operational information needed to process it. Generated files may be stored and delivered through storage and content delivery providers. Provider processing is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties. We use service providers for AI processing, prompt safety, hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and support where those services are used. They may process the information necessary to perform those functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, enforce our terms, or address abuse and security incidents.
Saved generations are associated with your account and are not automatically published to a public gallery. Anyone who obtains a shareable output URL may be able to access that file; treat those links accordingly.
Session cookies support login and account security. Browser storage may remember language, theme, and generation settings. Where analytics or attribution tools are enabled, they may process usage and device information. You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, though disabling essential cookies can prevent login or other features from working.
We retain information as needed to provide the service, manage billing, support users, address abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Removing an item from visible history may hide it rather than immediately erase all operational records, backups, or stored files. Some generated-file links may expire; download outputs you wish to keep.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
You can manage available account settings and generation history through the service. Contact support@imgex.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. We may verify your identity and retain records where required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
We may update this policy as our service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law.
